Green Isle Property Management Inc. was started in 1994 working primarily in the Forest Management sector. Our company has since branched out and has been actively involved in golf course layout, subdivision development, geographic information, land appraisals, cottage development, construction management and various other aspects of property management. We operate primarily in Prince Edward Island but have done work throughout the Maritimes.
Green Isle Property Management has the ability of bringing together other professionals in the drafting, surveying, engineering and construction trades as well as deal with Government policies and regulations to act as a one stop shopping center for land owners, developers and home builders.
