If you own a piece of property and wish to subdivide it into lots for family or resale, we can look after the process. We first look at the property for its physical attributes such as slope and vegetation and check the soil maps for initial site suitability. A preliminary plan is prepared and sent to the provincial government for analysis. Site suitability analysis is carried out and if all specifications are met, a final survey is done. We can also look after any or all work after approval such as road construction, lot clearing, central water and septic if required and power and telephone installation.
