We can arrange to have your home winterized to avoid expensive water damage and summerize the house in the spring. An inventory of materials can be taken and stored on CD for insurance purposes if there was ever an issue with theft or fire. We can perform security checks year round and are equipped with snowmobiles for winter access. Maintenance and repairs on the structure and grounds can also be arranged.
